We have clients spread across the US. If we are not in your location, we have a partner network to support your needs.
During normal business hours: Immediate response to phone calls, 60 minutes via email. After hours, 1 hour response time.
We manage our client’s laptops/desktops/Servers through our remote monitoring tools. This allows us to apply updates and proactively review any alerts generated. We manage firewall configurations, administration, support, and installation.
We offer remote and on-site support services. With the remote service, if we are unable to solve the problem, we will come directly to your site.
